Breakfast at Vee’s
Why is
breakfast important? Well, it the first meal of
the day, and it provides us with those nutritional benefits to take us through
our day. It also breaks
the fast after a night-long fast. So, it must be made a very nourishing meal to give you the
energy to start off the day on a strong note.

When I feel lack off energy, I usually indulge
myself with a nutritious breakfast such as a sunny-side up,bacon, and
french toast. My French toast are to die for. My friends say it is the best
French toast ever. ^^ Next time, I will tell you my
secret recipe of my French toast which I guarantee you will love.
Because I like to stay healthy, I have a lot of delicious menu for trying to stay on a healthier
side. Healthy breakfast
is my favorite when I am trying to control my weight. Some examples include
the oatmeal top with fruits, as well as my yogurt smoothie with blueberries,
bananas, strawberries top with pecan. Last year I gained 20
pounds because I have been eating bigger portions than I used to in Thailand, so I decided to exercise more and control my weight.

Leftover breakfast is my favorite because I
always come up with a new recipe plus I don’t have to throw away food. (Save
money live better…… )
I hope you enjoy looking my
breakfast pictures and have a breakfast everyday because not having breakfast
tends to be unhealthy in the future. Take care of yourself now before it is too
late.

V, I could eat breakfast three times a day.It is without a doubt my favorite meal. We probably differ on how to cook bacon but I would love to sample your French Toast. And I can introduce you to a Pennsylvania delicacy called scrapple as an alternative to bacon or sausage. We're not necessarily talking healthy are we?

I am usually a non-breakfast eater except on weekends, and I normally eat a maximum two times a day, so my mom always worries about these area in my life. I will have to try your french toast, because just maybe it will make me start eating breakfast again. We have a deal, you make me your french toast and I will definitely break the fast.
ReplyDeleteVee, your breakfast pictures look great! I am definitely the type of person who can eat breakfast food any time of the day, except for in the morning, which is not so good. I am usually rushing out the door, but I am definitely going to start eating a healthy breakfast more often to begin my day.

I always feel great after eating breakfast, and if I don't, I find myself focusing on my empty stomach instead of what I should be doing. I have been conscious of eating a good breakfast lately, so this post hits close to home. Also, please bring some french toast to class, I could always go for some great french toast!
