Social Media Impacts My Life

I used to be TOO obsessed with Facebook, and Instagram. I always had an excuse that I loved taking a photo of food, so I should post my food pictures to the public. It started being only once in a day, then before having lunch and dinner, then it became my routine until I sometimes lost relational etiquette with my family and friends. Finally, once I realized that I squandered my time on social media for many hours a day, I decided to delete the Facebook app off my phone.  However, every coin has two sides as is the same with everything that has both advantages and disadvantages. I found that Social Media impacts my life in a good way as well.

It keeps me in touch with my friend in Thailand, and it is also a good reminder. Because I cannot remember my friend’s birthday, so the Birthday reminder is a good fit for me.  Nowadays, when my friends are going to get married, they will send an invitation via Facebook. All in all, Technology makes things happen quickly and reduces the gap of communication between me and my friends.

I changed my life to a healthier lifestyle because of social media. I am following a yoga
master who dedicates herself to practicing yoga and maintains a healthy lifestyle. She influences me to learn yoga and eat healthy food by Facebook.  Lastly, it became a part of my internship career. During my past summer internship as a social media intern, I recognized the appropriate time to post advertisement for a company or other things that relate to the company. The best time is in the morning before 9, and either Thursday or Tuesday at 11 am. On the other hand, a bad time is on Friday evening and on the weekend. Why? I guess because people tend to get bored at work on Tuesday and Thursday, and what they do they do..….  FACEBOOK. During the weekend is a bad time because ......it is hard to reach people since they enjoy their weekend. :)

If anyone knows whether Facebook is a noun or a verb, please tell me. I am confused!! ^_^

Let Break the Fast and Enjoy Cooking Breakfast

Breakfast at Vee’s

Why is breakfast important?  Well, it the first meal of the day, and it provides us with those nutritional benefits to take us through our day.  It also breaks the fast after a night-long fast. So, it must be made a very nourishing meal to give you the energy to start off the day on a strong note.

My Smiley Sunny-Side up eggs

Sunny Side-up, Bacon, and French Toast
When I feel lack off energy, I usually indulge myself with a nutritious breakfast such as a sunny-side up,bacon, and french toast. My French toast are to die for. My friends say it is the best French toast ever.  ^^ Next time, I will tell you my secret recipe of my French toast which I guarantee you will love.

Because I like to stay healthy, I have a lot of  delicious menu for trying to stay on a healthier side. Healthy breakfast is my favorite when I am trying to control my weight. Some examples include the oatmeal top with fruits, as well as my yogurt smoothie with blueberries, bananas, strawberries top with pecan. Last year I gained 20 pounds because I have been eating bigger portions than I used to in Thailand, so I decided to exercise more and control my weight.

Left Over Chicken with Miso Sauce

Leftover breakfast is my favorite because I always come up with a new recipe plus I don’t have to throw away food. (Save money live better…… )
I hope you enjoy looking my breakfast pictures and have a breakfast everyday because not having breakfast tends to be unhealthy in the future. Take care of yourself now before it is too late.

Master of Science in Business Analysis

I have a B.A in tourism and hotel management.  This was a good start, but the business world requires more advanced training than that in the modern world.  Therefore, I am pursuing more knowledge and expertise in this MSBA program, which will quickly provide me with necessary skills in business, and provide a platform from which I can further develop my skills in business management. The MSBA program addresses my needs to prepare myself to have a leading role in the modern business world. It also provides training which will solidify my previous knowledge and make it easier for me to put past skills into future practice.

I find that every class is very interesting because the class assignments are very useful to improving a student’s logical framework. I am thoroughly enjoying myself working on every assignment.   The more homework I have, the stronger I will become, and the better I will compete to the real business world.

In addition, I find my classmates to be fantastic because they are extremely supportive. We are more like a family who help each other -  not just classmates!!! Hearing and learning other perspectives from class when we have discussions opens me to see other possible ideas. I would have never thought that this class would be so full of energy and enthusiasm. It is simply a great classroom atmosphere in which to learn.

I am excited to learn more essential skills from my professors and my classmates, and I am glad that I am attending this program.
